Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to ensuring that your wholesale footwear orders are dispatched swiftly and reach your retail shop safely. Please review our B2B shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Dispatch: All bulk orders are processed and handed over to the cargo/logistics partner within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation and payment verification (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Stock Availability: If a specific article or size assortment in your carton is out of stock, our B2B team will contact you immediately to provide a replacement option or an updated dispatch timeline.

2. Shipping Methods & Cargo:

  • Since wholesale orders consist of heavy cartons and bulk packaging, we primarily ship via trusted Goods Transport Companies, Bus Cargo Services, or specialized Logistics Partners to keep your freight costs minimal.

  • For smaller bulk orders (e.g., single cartons), standard courier services can be arranged upon request.

3. Shipping Charges (Freight / Bilty):

  • Shipping charges for wholesale orders are not flat rates.

  • To-Pay (Bilty System): Freight charges are calculated by the transport company based on the weight, volume (number of cartons), and destination city. These charges are typically paid by the buyer at the time of receiving the goods directly to the cargo service.

4. Payment Terms for B2B:

  • Due to the volume and value of wholesale orders, standard Cash on Delivery (COD) is generally not applicable.

  • Advance Payment: We accept payments via Bank Transfer (IBFT), Raast, or corporate accounts. Your order will be processed for dispatch once the payment receipt is shared and verified by our billing team.

5. Order Tracking & Bilty Receipts:

  • Once your cartons are dispatched, our team will send you the Cargo/Bilty Receipt (G.R. Slip) or Tracking Number via WhatsApp or Email.

  • You can use this slip to track your shipment and claim your cartons from the cargo terminal in your respective city.

6. Damages & Claims:

  • We ensure secure and tight packaging for all cartons before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged carton, please take pictures/videos before opening it and contact our B2B support team within 24 hours of delivery.
