1. How can I place an order on Starsoft.pk?
Ordering is very simple! Just browse our collection, select your desired shoe size and color, click on the “ADD TO CART” button, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan, so you can pay conveniently when you receive your parcel. We also accept advance payments via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash upon request.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, standard delivery takes about 3 to 5 working days anywhere in Pakistan.
4. What are your delivery charges?
We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. [200] on all orders. However, if your total order value exceeds Rs. [3,000], you will get FREE Delivery!
5. What should I do if the shoe size doesn’t fit me?
Don’t worry at all! We offer a hassle-free 7-Days Exchange Policy. If the size doesn’t fit, simply WhatsApp us at [+92 321 9111129] with your order number, and we will guide you on how to exchange it for the perfect size.
6. How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can use that number on our courier partner’s website to track your shipment.
7. Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
Currently, Starsoft Industries operates exclusively online. This allows us to cut out the middleman and provide you with premium quality footwear directly from our factory at the best possible prices.
8. Are the colors of the shoes exactly as shown in the pictures?
We try our best to display the exact colors of our products. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions during photography.
